JOB SUMMERY

Job Objective:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, participating in major corrective maintenance & repair activities for IT and related equipments; and prepares specification, participate in evaluation and inspection of IT and related equipments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Install and test new IT and related equipments; makesure proper functioning;
• Schedule and perform preventive, minor corrective maintenance and participating in major corrective maintenance service for IT and related equipments;
• Use of variety maintenance instruments to perform job functions;
• Complete repairs and parts replacements;
• Repair, install, adjust or maintain IT and related equipments;
• Proper handling of tools and working materials;
• Tag and dispatch/service maintained items to user organs;
• Calculate service/maintenance costs and claim user organs;
• Maintain written record of work performed.
• Working in collaboration with other Enterprise Service teams and share experience;
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the Division Manager.
• Perform other related duties given by the supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Education: BSC Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information System, Electrical and Computer Engineering or other related fields.
  Experience: Minimum of 2 years cognate banking experience.
